Evaluating Benefits of Government Enterprise Architecture

The aim of this paper is to understand the difficulties of evaluating government enterprise architecture benefits. Today many governments have initiated a government enterprise architecture program and there is a growing interest for the evaluation of the benefits of such efforts. Currently there is a deficiency of a comprehensive model for the benefit evaluation. Governments face various problems in evaluation and measurement of costs and benefits.
